Greater Adjutant

The decline of the Greater Adjutant across it's historic renage is largely due to the felling of nest trees. But since Purnima Barman began her work a decade ago, no nest trees have been felled in the Dadara and Pacharia villages and nest numbers have grown - from 28 to more than 200. Dadara, Assam, India.
